SELECTION AND SCREENING CRITERIA OF SECURITY PERSONNEL:-
The right quality of manpower duly trained, is the very bedrock of our Organization.
Special care is taken to verify the antecedents of the personnel employed. The profile is
as follows:-
(a) Security Guards
- Minimum 21 years and Maximum 45 years age.
- Height minimum 5.6 Ft.
- Minimum educational qualification: 10th (preferably)
- Medically fit
- Temperamentally suitable.
(b) Security Supervisor.
- Minimum 25 years and Maximum 45 years age.
- Min qualification 12th (preferably)
- Minimum 5 years experience as guard.
- Height Minimum 5.6 Ft.
- Medically fit
- Temperamentally suitable.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
- The Personnel provided will be on contractual basis at pre- decided rates.
- The Personnel provided would remain on roles of G4D SECURITY SERVICES PVT LTD and all their dues will be cleared by the company.
- The Principal Employer will not employ the Personnel provided at least for six months after leaving employment with G4D SECURITY SERVICES PVT LTD.
- The contract will be normally be for one year, the same can be cancelled with One-month notice by either side.
- The bills will be presented by 1st of every month and will be cleared by 7th of month
- . In case of any theft, the Principal Employer will lodge FIR with Police and G4D SECURITY SERVICES PVT LTD will extend all help and assistance.
- Any dispute arising will be mutually decided to the result.
